Neha Sood (she/her) is the Director of Sustainability at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). In her role, she works with campus and community stakeholders to advance RIT’s commitment to sustainability and climate action. She oversees existing programs while developing new efforts to further RIT’s goal of being a living laboratory for sustainability education, research, and operations. Prior to joining RIT, she worked at The Nature Conservancy. Outside of work, Neha spends time serving on the Boards of Genesee Land Trust and Rochester Ecology Partners, tending to her flower garden, and exploring nature with her puppy Kylo Ren.
