Alexis Russell

Communications & Events Manager

Alexis Russell is a communications strategist, storyteller, and mindfulness advocate originally from Washington, D.C. With a background in psychology, anthropology, and entrepreneurship, she brings a deep understanding of human connection, creativity, and purpose-driven communication. Before joining the Climate Solutions Accelerator, she worked with more than 60 nonprofits, purpose-led companies, and executives to strengthen their brands, marketing, and storytelling.

At the Accelerator, she leads communications and events and will help to amplify climate action across the region through engaging stories and experiences. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys journaling, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
