Jonathan is Corporate Counsel - Environmental Sustainability at Cisco Systems Inc. He advises on various environmental sustainability matters, including existing and emerging regulatory requirements, environmental sustainability goals, and disclosures. He previously worked at Xerox Corporation as  Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability Counsel and Compliance Leader. He is also Chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER). He holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University, an M.P.P from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.
