Climate Solutions Accelerator announces leadership transition
The Climate Solutions Accelerator has announced a planned leadership transition, as Executive Director and co-founder Abigail McHugh-Grifa will step down from her role in Spring 2027 following 12 years at the helm.
McHugh-Grifa will remain in her position throughout the transition period, and leadership emphasized that no disruptions to programs, operations or strategic priorities are expected.
“Our commitment to this work remains strong,” said Tracy Schleyer, chair of the board of directors. “This is a deliberate and values-aligned process that gives us time to plan carefully, support continuity and prepare for the organization’s next chapter.”
