Djifa Kothor, is the Executive Director of Rochester Refugee Resettlement Services (RRRS), a nonprofit agency that houses over 100 refugees in the northwestern part of the City of Rochester. Djifa has been with RRRS since 2014, overseeing the management of the agency houses to ensure that they are not only up to code per City of Rochester requirement, but also energy efficiency. His family came originally from Togo and have lived here for 25 years. Djifa is a graduate of Holy Family School, Bishop Kearney High School and received his Bachelors at St. Lawrence University and Masters from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
