Christopher Utman, PhD is turning his career and educational experience to bear on local and regional work to implement climate action plans as part of an effort to make our communities more democratic, just, and enjoyable. He is using his 20+ years experience in measuring success in nonprofit organizations and his graduate education in understanding the impact of motivation on performance and creativity to better map where we are and what solutions are most likely to rollback future climate change. As is true for many others, Christopher is engaged in this work for a better future for his two adult children, and all children and to honor the life and lands with which we cohabit our beautiful blue planet.
