Shannon Ealy

Shannon is Director of Communications & Marketing at Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, the Finger Lakes region’s largest business resource and advocacy organization. After earning a degree in Advertising from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications, she spent several years working in Rochester and Hudson Valley radio, including co-hosting a morning program in Kingston, NY. Since returning to the 585, she has been honored to play a role in the revitalization of this historic, progressive, and vibrant region – and feels that the best is yet to come. Shannon is current co-chair of RocCity Coalition, an organization focused on attracting, retaining, and empowering young Rochesterians, and also sits on the Board of the Greater Rochester Community Transportation Foundation. In her free time she loves exploring the outdoors and frequenting the many amazing local businesses this region has to offer.
